The Legend of Zelda - Tri Force Heroes (USA) (Prototype) (May 22nd 2015)
- - togemet2

Today we have released a demo build of The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes for the Nintendo 3DS. This build was found on the 3DS CDN and was decrypted using the title key algorithm which was released in the Nintendo leaks a while back. It is dated as being from May 22, 2015 (which can be seen via the home screen).

The demo’s servers have been shut down, so you can’t get past the title screen. However, it may be able to run if someone was able to spoof the servers or create a hack to bypass the server check - the demo’s resources all seem to be there within the ROM.

Mario & Luigi - Dream Team (USA) (Prototype) (May 13th 2013)
- - togemet2

Today we have released a demo build of Mario & Luigi: Dream Team for the Nintendo 3DS. It’s identical to the demo which was shown at E3 2013, except for the graphic on the title which matches the eShop demo. This build is dated as May 13, 2013 (which can be seen from the home screen).

This build was found on the 3DS CDN and was decrypted using the title key algorithm which was released in the Nintendo leaks a while back.

There are traces of other unreleased or early titles on 3DS CDN-related servers, such as a Jun 2014 build of Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS (title id 0004000000140300). However the actual titles may never have been on the CDN itself.

Today we have released dump of the European “Jack Russell Relay Mode” Nintendogs distribution cartridge. These cartridges were used behind the counter at the Tricks & Treats Weekend event in 2005, which was held across various game stores. People playing Nintendogs would be able to activate “Bark Mode”, where they would receive in-game items as well as a Jack Russell.

Sega Sports - NFL 2K1 (Prototype) (Nov 27th 1998)
- - togemet2

This is a prototype of Sega Sports: NFL 2K1 by Visual Concepts. This build was for use at E3 and contains a menu to setup various options for matches on the showfloor. Instead of the game’s title in the header, it uses the default “THIS IS A SAMPLE DISK FOR USE INTHE OFFICE ONLY / DO NOT SELL / DO NOT CARRY OUT FROM THE OFFICE”.
