This is an early localization prototype of Tales of Symphonia by Namco Bandai Games. It contains a debug menu which is selectable via the titlescreen. Pressing the debug option immediately sends you to a test room of sorts filled with random npcs that the player can interact with. As well as the various debug menus and options, there appears to be differences within the sound data, music data, and map data.
